Parameters
- localSourcePath

The path of the file to upload. - targetPath

The path on the file system to store the file. If this is the name of an existing directory, the file
will be stored in that directory. - blockSize

The block size of the file, or zero to use the file system default block size. This parameter will be ignored if the file system doesn't support blocks. - replicationFactor

The number of replicas to create of the file's blocks, or zero to use the file system default replication factor. This parameter will be ignored if the file system doesn't support replication. - useLocalReplica
- Type: SystemBoolean
