type: Type: SystemType
The type whose base types to check.
baseType: Type: SystemType
The generic type definition of the base type.
throwOnNotFound: Type: SystemBoolean
to throw an exception if the specified type doesn't inherit from the type; to return in that case.

Type: Type
The instantiated generic base type.
